CONDITIONS OF USE
Use of this website equates to acceptance of the conditions stated hereinafter. The French Red Cross reserves the right to carry out legal proceedings if these conditions of use are breached, including in the event of the Red Cross and Red Crescent emblems and names not being respected and used without permission or in the event of a breach of rights relating to information, graphic design, texts, videos, audio files, photos, images, and, more generally, all content on the website.
Emblems
The Red Cross and Red Crescent emblems were designed with a protective purpose: they tell wounded soldiers they can be cared for with a neutral, impartial regard, whatever their origin, nationality, religion or political convictions. These emblems and their names should therefore be respected. Any unauthorised use of the Red Cross and Red Crescent emblems and names constitutes illegal use that is penally punishable under French law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.
